Filtrate products are constructed to the best quality standards available. All eyewear comes with a guarantee against fault in materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Products proven to be defective will be replaced by Filtrate at no additional cost. Defective products deemed at our discretion to NOT be a manufacturing fault will be replaced by Filtrate at a reasonable cost. Note: Filtrate warranty does not cover scratches or accidental damage caused through general use. Unfortunately, we do not sell or carry replacement lenses, hinges, or screws.
How to make a claim
In order to make a claim, fill out the form found at https://filtrateeyewear.com/pages/returns. Once you are approved for your return, send us your product and include: your name, telephone, email, proof of purchase and return address (no PO BOX’s please). Send goods via registered mail (to guarantee delivery, we will NOT be held liable for lost goods). Please package goods properly to prevent damage during delivery. Note: your original product will NOT be returned to you. Please allow up to 5 days for your claim to process.
