Filtrate Global LLC guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from filtrateeyewear.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return any item that is in the original condition that it was received from Filtrateeyewear.com – unused, and accompanied by original packaging, including tags.

You may return items purchased from Filtrateeywear.com within 10 days of the original order date.

Return Shipping is to be paid by the customer.

International Customers: Please be sure to reach out to customer support before processing a return. These are handled slightly different. Thanks!

Please note: All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging included.

Your return will not be accepted if:

  • It has been worn or taken out of original protective plastic
  • You have attempted to reassemble the sunglasses once broken
  • We do not insure sunglasses that are broken due to wear and tear
