We offer a 12-month manufacturers warranty on defective items. This includes faulty hinges, frame warping, loose lenses, logo or trims falling out and imperfections in the finish of your glass.
This does not include scratches or damage caused by usage, heat damage from leaving in you car on a hot day, bite marks from your dog or any other isses realted to personal use.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of reciept of order. All returns must be new and unused and with original packaging.

Off priced or sale items from our "Sale-Items" page are not eligible for return or exchange. Free sunglasses from our Buy Two Get One Free" program are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you need to return a product that was purchased in a retail store, please return your items to the store you purchased from.
You have up to 30 days to return the sunglasses for store credit For defective items, we will replace your product for free (see warranty for more details)
During non-seasonal months, expect your exchange to be processed within 5-7 days after we have received your sunglasses. During the Holiday’s, it takes 7-10 days..

We will issue your refund within one business day of receiving your returned sunglasses back to our warehouse and will follow with a confirmation email after this has been done. The refunded amount should be available on your card within 7-10 business days.
For items covered by the warranty, we will provide you with a return label for all domestic orders.
For personal preference exchanges, the shipping cost is provided by you.
For International orders covered by the warranty, we will reimburse you up to $25 USD to ship the sunglasses back.
