Filtrate products are constructed to the best quality standards available. All eyewear comes with a guaranteed against fault in materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Products proven to be defective will be replced by Filtrate at no additional cost. Defective products deemed at our discretion to NOT be a manufacturing fault will be replaced by Filtrate at a reasonable cost. Note: Filtrate warranty does not cover scratches or accidental damage caused through general use.
How to make a claim
In order to claim send us your product and include: your name, telephone, email, proof of purchase and return address (no PO BOX’s please). Send goods via registered mail (to guarantee delivery, we will NOT be held liable for lost goods). Please package goods properly to prevent damage during delivery. Note: your original product will NOT be returned to you and please allow up to 30 days for claims to process.
